    Our operational hours are from 9 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday. These hours might vary during public holidays, please call in order to confirm operation during these days.

  • My meter is doing an alarm?
    Please check meter alarm, if pre-payed scheme it might be low balance alarm. If screen identifies anything else, please stay away from meter and contact our hotline directly.
  • Electricity cut-off even when I have sufficient balance?
    Please follow the these steps: 1. Look outside and make sure that it is not a black-out for all the community 2. Switch-off/unplug apppliances to reduce load on meter 3. Visually inspect without physical touch of meter cover proper fixture 4. Contact our emergancy hotline immediately
